Welcome to relleif. This policy outlines how we deliver our digital crochet patterns to you after purchase. Since we exclusively sell digital products, there is no physical shipping involved, and you will not receive any items via postal mail.
1. Instant Digital Delivery
Our crochet patterns are delivered as digital PDF files. Upon successful completion of your payment via Stripe, your files will be delivered through the following methods:
- Confirmation Page: A download link will appear immediately on the order confirmation page.
- Email Delivery: An automated email containing a secure download link will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery is typically instantaneous. In most cases, you will receive your pattern within seconds of payment. If you do not see the email within 10 minutes, please:
- Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
- Ensure the email address provided at checkout was spelled correctly.
3. Technical Requirements
To view our patterns, you will need a PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free) or a modern web browser. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the software necessary to open and view .pdf files.
4. Download Limits & Security
For security purposes, download links may have a maximum number of attempts or an expiration window. We recommend saving the file directly to your device (computer, tablet, or cloud storage) immediately after purchase to ensure you have permanent access to your pattern.
5. Lost Files or Support
If you lose your file or experience any technical difficulties with the download link, please contact us at admin@relleif.com with your order number. We will be happy to resend the files to you manually.
